Who We Are
SyarikatCuci (syarikatcuci.com) is an independent information and review site for online casino brands available to players in Malaysia. We are a brand directory and partnership group: we publish reviews, guides and bonus information, and we link out to the member brands. We do not operate a casino, we do not take bets, and we do not hold player funds or gaming accounts.
Information We Collect
We keep data collection to what the site actually needs:
- Contact form: if you write to us through our contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you type, so that we can reply.
- Comments: if commenting is open on an article and you leave a comment, we store the comment, the name and email you supply, your IP address and your browser user-agent string, which helps with spam detection.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard web-server data for every request — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and user-agent — for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies and analytics: see the two sections below.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, identity documents, bank or card details, or gaming-account credentials. Never send those to us.
How We Use Your Information
- To answer enquiries you send us.
- To publish and moderate comments you choose to submit.
- To keep the site secure, detect abuse and diagnose faults.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are read so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing email.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses:
- Necessary cookies — set by WordPress and by our LiteSpeed page cache to serve pages correctly and, if you leave a comment, to remember the name and email you entered.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics, described below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site remains readable with cookies disabled, though some conveniences stop working.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to see how many people read each page and which searches bring them here. This reporting is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual readers. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Links to Member Brands and Other Sites
Pages on this site link to casino brands and to other third-party websites. Some of those links are affiliate or referral links, which means we may be paid a commission if you register or play through them. This never changes what you pay, and it does not change our verdicts.
Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s website, under their privacy policy and their terms — not ours. We have no control over what those sites collect, and we are not responsible for it. Please read their policies before you register or deposit.
Embedded Content
Articles may include embedded content such as images, videos or social posts from other sites. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website, and that website may collect data about you, set its own cookies and track your interaction with the embedded content.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Access is limited to the people and services that need it:
- Our own editorial and technical team, to answer enquiries and run the site.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
- Google, for the analytics described above.
Beyond that, we share personal information only where the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid legal request from an authority.
How Long We Keep It
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Comments and their metadata stay for as long as the comment is published. Server logs are rotated by our host on its own short retention schedule. Analytics data is retained under Google’s retention settings in aggregate form.
Your Rights
You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may also withdraw consent for us to process it. Send the request through our contact page and we will action it, unless we are legally required to keep the data.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will act to contain it and notify those affected.
Children and Age Limit
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Online gambling carries risk — play only what you can afford to lose, and seek help if it stops being entertainment.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date at the top always shows when it was last amended, and the current version is the one that applies.
